I. ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a sharp and strategic Global Marketing Manager to lead the transformation of VNEXT’s brand presence on the global technology landscape. The primary focus of this role is to restructure the corporate website into a core engine for international lead generation and customer acquisition.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. System Architecture & Strategy

  • Website Restructuring: Lead the full-scale restructuring of the corporate website (https://vnext.vn/). Redesign the customer journey to optimise conversion rates from visitors to qualified leads.
  • Strategic Branding: Position VNEXT’s brand effectively in the digital environment. Ensure a consistent, modern, and compelling value proposition aligned with the aesthetic and professional standards of clients in Japan, Korea, Singapore, and other international markets.
  • Technology Integration: Select and integrate Marketing Automation, CRM, and tracking tools to scientifically and efficiently manage the customer lifecycle.

B. Mining & Lead Generation

  • Inbound Marketing: Build and optimise a structured content funnel. Maximise lead acquisition through SEO, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Data Mining: Establish a user data mining system on the website. Analyze behavioral data to identify buying signals and deliver high-quality leads to the Sales team.
  • Global Performance Marketing: Manage marketing budgets and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, remarketing) to maintain a consistent pipeline of international leads.

C. Management & Leadership

  • Project Leadership: Directly coordinate internal teams (Content, Design, etc.) and technical partners (Web Developers) to ensure timely and high-quality execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop performance dashboards to track key metrics (Conversion Rate, CPL, MQL). Take full ownership of marketing ROI.
  • Department Management: Oversee overall Marketing Department operations and perform additional duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

III. REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing (Preference for candidates with experience in IT Outsourcing/Software industries).
  • Management Experience: At least 2–3 years in a Team Lead or Manager position.
  • Language: Fluent in English, able to lead client pitching sessions, deliver in-depth presentations, and confidently handle Q&A discussions with international clients.
  • System Thinking: Strong understanding of modern website operations and UX principles. Ability to collaborate effectively with Designers and Developers to implement web optimisation strategies.
  • Tools & Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Marketing Automation/CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Personal Attributes: Result-oriented mindset, strong data sensitivity, and the ability to independently lead and execute projects.

IV. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Compensation: Up to 30,000,000 VND/month + performance-based business bonuses (uncapped potential).
  • Salary review twice per year based on performance and contribution.
  • Working days: Monday to Friday (off on Saturdays and Sundays) + annual leave in accordance with the current Labour Law.
