JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support General Director & Sales Manager to create contacts lists and send marketing emails;
- Summarize generated leads from all channels, filter, make reports, follow and arrange appointments;
- Follow up contract, invoice, payment requests as well as other Sales documentation;
- Support General Director & Sales Manager in customer care;
- Other tasks shall be assigned by General Director when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 01-year experience at the same position;
- Strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen;
- Must be detail-oriented, organized & self-motivated;
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills;
- Fluently in English (Equivalent to IELTS 6.5);
- Advanced written communication and report writing capability;

- Ability to work independently or work well in teamwork.
