JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support General Director & Sales Manager to create contacts lists and send marketing emails;
  • Summarize generated leads from all channels, filter, make reports, follow and arrange appointments;
  • Follow up contract, invoice, payment requests as well as other Sales documentation;
  • Support General Director & Sales Manager in customer care;
  • Other tasks shall be assigned by General Director when needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 01-year experience at the same position;
  • Strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen;
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized & self-motivated;
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills;
  • Fluently in English (Equivalent to IELTS 6.5);
  • Advanced written communication and report writing capability;
